Kevin Guimaraes ("we", "us", or "our") operates the EasyEstimate: Fast Quotes! mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.
EasyEstimate is designed with privacy in mind. All estimate and business data you enter is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
The only information collected is:
Purchase Information: If you subscribe to EasyEstimate Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not receive your payment details. RevenueCat may collect anonymous usage data to verify subscription status.
Photo Library Access: If you are a Pro subscriber and choose to upload a business logo, the App requests access to your photo library solely to select the image. The image is stored locally on your device only.
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Your clients' information
• Your estimate or invoice data
• Location data
• Device identifiers or analytics
• Any data to third party advertising networks
RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat's privacy policy can be found at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple App Store: Purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy can be found at apple.com/privacy.
All your data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS secure storage. We have no access to your data.
EasyEstimate is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "last updated" date.

EasyEstimate is provided for legitimate business use to create estimates and invoices. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
EasyEstimate Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription at $14.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
The free plan allows up to 5 estimates per calendar month. Usage resets at the beginning of each month.
EasyEstimate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial or legal disputes arising from estimates or invoices created using the App. Always verify figures before sending to clients.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
